With the popular of the academic education in China,the scale of the academic Postgraduates is also expanding;At the same time,the quality of the cultivation of academic postgraduates has appeared good and bad phenomenon intermingled.How to cultivate academic Postgraduates become a pillar of society? It has become a huge challenge for higher education which our country is facing.And the quality of the academic master's degree is reflected the level of students' professional learning in a certain period.Professional learning is not only an academic Postgraduates during the study of the main way of life,but also an important way to cultivate it.Then,the professional learning is not only directly related to the Postgraduates' sense of happiness and accomplishment,but also directly lead to the quality of graduate training for academic Postgraduates.Therefore,this paper on the "A research on academic Postgraduates' professional learning adaptability",whether it is for the academic graduate student study career reasonable planning,or for the quality of academic graduate students to enhance the quality,have important theoretical construction practice guidance significance.This study takes the academic Postgraduates of henan university as the research object,mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and the interview.On the basis of domestic and foreign research results,the questionnaire of the academic Postgraduates professional learning adaptability as a research tool,based on “professional learning basis,professional learning interest,learning motivation,professional learning self-efficacy,professional behavior and professional learning” six dimensions,to construct a professional learning adaptive measuring system,to measure the professional learning adaptation level of henan university academic Postgraduates.The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics and problem of the academic Postgraduates learning adaptability;And analyzes academic Postgraduates professional learning maladjustment condition of internal and external factors combined with the pedagogy and the psychology related theory,and explore the strategies and approach for improving the academic Postgraduates learning adaptability.The main content of this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the reasons,research significance,research methods and research results of this paper.The second part defines the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this study.The third part mainly introduces the research design and investigation implementation of this paper.The fourth part is the core content of this article,mainly on the academic master's degree of professional learning adaptability of the overall status of the description of the analysis,as well as different latitude factors on the different characteristics of student diversity analysis;on the basis,induce the status of professional learning adaptability of academic graduate students.On the basis of the analysis of the results of the previous situation,the fifth part discusses the internal and external factors that affect the adaptability of academic master's degree.The sixth part is the purpose and value of this paper,that is,through the previous research,from the individual students,teachers,schools and other aspects of the academic master's degree can improve the professional learning adaptability and improve their learning ability.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The level of adaptability of the postgraduates in the academic majors of Henan University is in the middle state,that is,the academic masters of Henan University did not achieve the ideal adaptation status for the professional studies.(2)there are a considerable number of students there are professional learning to adapt to the problem,and in different grades,gender,professional background there are significant differences.(3)The factors that affect the adaptability of academic graduate students,mainly from school resources,mentor guidance and student individual three aspects.(4)Most students hope to have a set of effective measures to help improve their professional learning adaptability.
