China's higher education has reached the level of popularization,and more and more undergraduates choose to continue to graduate school.Nowadays,the demand for talents in social pluralism is getting higher and higher,and the proportion of interdisciplinary applicants for academic postgraduate is increasing.From undergraduate interdisciplinary graduate students,they are faced with the transformation of learning paradigm,the intersection of different curriculum knowledge and the challenge of stronger research capability requirements.This study mainly explores whether interdisciplinary academic postgraduates are difficult to adapt to their studies,and how they adapt.When confronted with learning difficulties,it is how they behave,and their learning adaptability is influenced by what factors.In this paper,qualitative research is the main research method.Six interdisciplinary academic postgraduates are selected as the research objects.Ten indepth interviews are conducted with them.The collected data are sorted out and coded to find their construct,and then a "skeleton" connecting all the construct is explored to show their study.They present their stories in graduate school and the "meaning" behind them.In this paper,the story of the academic development of an interdisciplinary academic postgraduate is presented vertically through the way of life history,so that readers can fully and coherently experience the process of how she adapts to the learning problems,and horizontally narrate how they face the learning difficulties and adjustments through the story of the adaptation of curriculum learning and scientific research ability.Self.At the same time,from their stories,we can see the influence of social environment,family environment,school environment and other factors on their learning adaptability in graduate school,and "self-consciousness" is the most fundamental factor to promote their learning adaptability.Finally,I analyzed and reflected on the learning adaptability of six interdisciplinary academic postgraduates and the whole research process,and drew three conclusions: First,from the outside world,the learning adaptability of interdisciplinary academic postgraduates is worse than that of non-interdisciplinary postgraduates,but in fact it is not.Secondly,the learning adaptability of interdisciplinary academic postgraduates is reflected in the two aspects of curriculum learning adaptability and scientific research ability adaptability,both of which reflect the learning adaptability of interdisciplinary academic postgraduates;thirdly,interdisciplinary academic postgraduates are independent individuals,which will also be affected by many factors,thus affecting the learning adaptability.Based on the above conclusions,this paper considers how to promote the learning adaptability of interdisciplinary academic postgraduates from the perspective of interdisciplinary academic postgraduates themselves.
