In recent years, national concern children of migrant workers, education of the children of migrant workers has become the focus of community attention. In order to provide a more comfortable learning and living conditions for children of migrant workers, the state has introduced a new policy to ensure that they receive the right to compulsory education in the city. Although the state can solve the children of migrant workers in the city to learn the problems, but they are still many problems: poor learning ability to adapt to the lack of self-confidence, to underestimate their ability to learn and strong anxiety, which are associated with lower academic self-efficacy close relationship. Improing learning self-efficacy can help students adapt to the learning environment in a different environment,reduce the learning anxiety in different environments efforts to complete the learning task. So apart from this study to children of migrant workers for the study, to Guangzhou A middle school, for example, to learn self-efficacy issues empirical research.The paper is divided into three parts, as follows:(1) learning adaptability significant of junior high school students has differences in grade, the level of junior high school students learning adaptability is superior to junior high school sophomore, junior high school third grade students adaptation level. Academic self-efficacy of junior high school students has significant differences in grade, junior middle school students' academic self-efficacy is superior to junior high school sophomore.(2) Learning anxiety of junior high school students has significant gender differences in anxiety grade girls learn better than boys, junior high school students learning anxiety are also significant differences in grades, test anxiety level is significantly higher than junior high school sophomore year junior high school students.(3) Learning adaptability of junior high school students has relationship between students adapt curriculum and academic self-efficacy relationship remarkable for academic self-efficacy has a positive effect; learning adaptability five latitude and academic self-efficacy are negatively correlated with self evaluation, learning diligence, ability and confidence in solving problems of academic self-efficacy has a significant negative predictor.
