Investigation And Study On The Employment Present Situation Of Guangzhou University Higher Vocational Graduates

Their being employed is a requirement in the process of building powerful Socialist China and the realization of great Chinese dream--increasing the pace to construct the well-off society and realizing the quick development of high-quality economy, all of which are our goals of national development. University students, a significant element in our social human resources, are most promising and energetic groups with high creativity. Their employment is not only deeply related to their personal interest, but also influences the overall development of Chinese higher education. And so it is with our national systematic task--national development through science and education and national strength with human recourses, therefore it is worth our great emphasizing. Since the expansion of enrollment in the higher education in1999, the higher education has been enlarged yearly so as to support the requirement of social rapid development. Similarly, higher professional education, as a branch of higher education, has extremely developed in the last decade. In the last few years, however, with the rapid increasing number of graduates, it is more and more difficult for the graduates from higher professional academy to take up an occupation.In the study of the employment problem of college students, the domestic researchers mainly from the student management system, personnel training mode, social identity and the employment ability of college students, to study the specific case relatively rare. In this thesis, through Graduate Employment of the Guangzhou University investigation, which will give some valuable references on the development of municipal higher professional colleges in Guangzhou.This research is mainly based on a survey about the graduates from some municipal higher professional colleges in Guangzhou on present situation of employment. This research has a practical investigation and analysis on the viewpoints and situations of employment of graduates from the higher professional colleges in this area with the sample of Guangzhou University Institute of Textile and Apparel through a series of questionnaires and surveys. It also has a related analysis, compounding the statistical status from graduates of higher professional colleges.it has analyzed some problems of employment from financial and economical colleges of profession in Guangzhou. It has also had a further discussion on a lot of aspects like career ability, major design, major development, occupational guidance, employment ways, personal career viewpoint, based on which, this research has put some views on how to change the models of developing personals and its nurturing structures.
