| As an important part of basis education,Secondary education plays an extremely important role in the system of education.whether good quality of secondary education or not largely depends on her pilot--principals’(high or middle school) management ability. Secondary school principals have central, dominant,decision-making role in the school management system, and their thoughts, words and deeds,comprehensive quality, style of work directly determines the development of a secondary school.In today’s increasingly pursuit of democracy and free society,in order to maximize their management efficiency and maximize the mobilization of initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of teachers, the more critical to the principals is whether their non-power influence can effectively play,not just use their power influence to manage and lead schools.The writer made a more systematic research and in-depth analysis for non-power influence of secondary school principals through the methods of literature, questionnaires and interviews. Under the basis of a large number of literature reference, drew up "non-power influence of secondary school principals’ questionnaire " and "non-power influence of secondary school principals’ interview outline", questionnaire survey was carried out respectively to the teachers of10secondary school in the urban and rural of Tianjin as well as interview to3of the principals.And the results of the questionnaire survey were processed with SPSS17.0statistical software.In terms of the results of data processing, the writer summarized the impact factors of non-power influence on the headmaster and proposed some recommendations on how to enhance the non-power influence.Based on the results of investigation and analysis,how non-power influence of secondary school principals works is linked to these factors which are personal integrity,the degree of knowledge, comprehensive ability, emotional communication and the exertion of power and so on.Consequently, during the school management,to enhance their non-power influence and then maximum the school management efficiency secondary school principals had better do the followings:to develop good personality character and strengthen their own morality; to broaden their knowledge to enrich themselves from all aspects;to flexibly use of theory knowledge and improve their overall ability;to regularly make emotional exchange with faculty and staff, narrowing the distance between themselves and them;to moderately use of power, becoming rigid management into flexible management. |
