Along with the coming of the knowledge-based economy, people's quality and consciousness is improved, and so do their sense of democracy and self-awareness. For the professional teachers, the requirement for democracy and autonomy is even stronger, thus the non-power influences of primary and middle school principals have becoming increasingly demanding. In order to mobilize the faculty's enthusiasm and creativity and improve school effectiveness, it is necessary for the primary and middle school principals to continuously upgrade their own non-power influence. Therefore, it becomes a worth exploring question to how to use and enhance the non-power influence of the primary and middle principals.By sorting out and analyzing the information of the non-power influence, the writer made a more comprehensive analysis for the non-power influence of the primary and middle school principals.Using the method of the literature search, the questionnaire survey,the comparison research, the paper discussed the connotation and the features of the primary and middle school principals'non-power influence and the theory of enhancing it, and analyzed the influencing factors of the primary and middle school principals'non-power influence. At the end the paper approached the primary and secondary school principals with some suggestions of enhancing the influence of non-power.The article is divided into five parts. The first part for the introduction, it discussed the causes of the proposed problem, the value of researching the problem, the relevant literature and the researching methods. The second part focused on the connotation and the relations about the power influence and the non-power influence of the primary and secondary school principals. The third part analyzed the theoretical basis and the practical value to enhance the primary and secondary school principals'non-power influence. The fourth part analyzed the factors which restrict the effect of the primary and secondary school principals'non-power influence in the reality.
