With the development of education,the demand of teachers professional competence is rising;and as a teacher in the workplace,the development of professional competence is also endless.The school is the main place for teachers’professional lives,and teachers improve their professional competence through professional activities is an integral part of their professional lives.Based on this,the research emphasis on the impact on school organization and management to the professional development of teachers.In view of there are significant differences between different regions’schools in material,behavioral and institutional level,the research compares the big city schools with the small urban schools in the different organization and management level,and then analyze the impact of these differences on the professional competence development of teachers,that is required to refine the study of teachers professional development.In the study,questionnaires and interviews are integrated used to survey the status of teachers professional competence development in Tianjin downtown primary schools and Jiangxi province R city’s primary school,including100teachers in each city,200teachers in total.Analysis and sorting the resulting data scientifically by SPSS17.0,the research has following conclusion:both the overall professional competence development of teachers are at a high level,however,the big city’s is higher than the small one,and they have significant differences on the same dimension.Based on analysis the impact of school material,behavioral and institutional level on teachers professional competence development,the research proposes from both internal and external to improve it,conducting special activitieS,improving teacher professional development system,establishing a "university-primary school"cooperation mechanism,strengthening the contact with the regional teach-and-research network platform and the reality are included.
