In the era of network information,the literacy of primary school Chinese teachers in a very embarrassing situation.Their writing literacy suffers from the impact of information technology,is not satisfactory in writing knowledge and writing skills,writing attitude of the state.In order to protect and inherit the culture of Chinese characters,people should pay more attention to writing research and exploration on the writing quality of Chinese teachers in primary school.The main contents of this paper are the following four aspects: the first is the domestic and foreign related literature writing literacy of primary school language teachers are reviewed and summarized,through the collation of the EU definition of literacy,definitions of primary school Chinese teacher writing literacy,comprehensive research on writing,writing and research on literacy supplement the object of study,make more clear.The second is to investigate and analyze the present situation of primary school Chinese teachers' literacy,and analyze the main problems of the present Chinese teachers' literacy.According to the survey,the main problems of the literacy literacy of primary school Chinese teachers are three aspects: "lack of writing knowledge","weak writing skills" and "lack of writing attitude".The third is to find the reasons for the existing problems of literacy literacy of primary school Chinese teachers.The study found that the reasons for this situation are the primary school teachers of Chinese language by the "pre service education," "post vocational education," and "the impact of the information society," the three together.The last is to explore the primary school Chinese teachers to improve the quality of writing strategies.Starting from the factors of writing literacy of primary school teachers training as well as the influence of the quality of development,from the pre post "search","strenghen" to network "weaknesses" of the three aspects to explore strategies and arrangements,from the pre writing course post writing extracurricular training to use the network to complete the teacher's writing literacy continues to grow,from the inside,in order to fundamentally solve the dilemma of writing literacy ofprimary school teachers.
