The combination group compared with the power group, body weight, BMI, body fat content, body fat rate difference was very significant (P<0.01), and muscle content, protein content into a significant difference (P<0.05).2. The combination group and endurance than subjects to fat weight, body fat rate and muscle content exist difference was very significant (P<0.01), body weight, protein content, water body at the same time component existed sex difference (P<0.05).3. The combination, compared to control group subjects of body fat content, and the content of muscle to fat weight, body fat rate difference is significant (P<0.01), at the same time, the body water component exists significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions are as follows:1. Compared with the pure strength training, strength and endurance training for teenagers muscle, protein content and body weight of water.2.
