| In college physical education,the circular training method is mostly used for skill training.The multi site characteristics of the circular training method are in line with the diversity of football skills.However,in college football special quality training,the circular training method is less used for strength training.In college football special training,the strength quality training mostly focuses on explosive training,Explosive force can promote the sprint and confrontation in a short time,but in football matches,the longer the match time,the ability of the player’s muscles to maintain long-term work,that is,the requirement of strength endurance should also be paid attention to.By using the strength quality training content for circular training,this study observes the impact of circular strength training and traditional strength training on physical indexes such as whole body muscle strength and strength endurance,observes the effect of circular strength training on students’ strength endurance quality,and discusses the effect of circular training in strength endurance training,which is conducive to better training and better training effect of teaching training,It provides a reference training method for football players in special strength training.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and data statistics,this study consulted the relevant literature,understood the research status at home and abroad,designed a questionnaire,interviewed and consulted the experts and professors in the field of football in Jiangsu Normal University,designed a ten week experiment and test,Conduct specific and detailed data analysis through IBM SPSS statistics 23 software to analyze the problems reflected by the data.The following conclusions and suggestions are drawn:(1)Circulation training method can significantly improve the muscle volume,maximum muscle strength and strength endurance level of each muscle group of football special students.(2)Compared with the traditional training group,the circular training group has more obvious effect on the improvement of strength endurance index of football special students;(3)Compared with circular training,traditional strength training has a higher proportion to improve the maximum muscle strength,which is conducive to improve the muscle volume,but has a limited impact on the quality of strength endurance.Recommendations:(1)Colleges and universities should fully understand the importance of strength endurance quality in football special strength training,actively explore and adopt effective and targeted training methods according to different strength quality.(2)When using circular strength training,we should pay attention to the standardization and correctness of movements.In a reasonable group and sub arrangement,we can standardize the quality of movements of strength training by adding relevant courses or hiring relevant professional teachers,so as to improve the movement quality of strength training.(3)The training venues and laboratories of colleges and universities need to be further improved.Although the training venues and laboratories of colleges and universities have been built,the corresponding equipment and testing instruments are relatively scarce,and lack of real-time maintenance and update. |
