With the popularization of Chinese in Korea, pupil groups has become one of the powerful new force of Chinese learning, it provides an opportunity for long-term development of Chinese and dissemination of Chinese culture. How to carry out the teaching of Chinese language and culture in elementary school has become one of the new hot spot of Chinese community. Since20Century80’s, Chinese culture teaching in TCFL paid more and more attention, problem discussion and debate about culture teaching has never stopped, but the specialized research of culture teaching for this special group can be counted on one’s fingers.This paper is based on the actual situation of the primary school in South Korea, combined with the Kuang Yang North Primary School Culture Teaching from the author and culture teaching questionnaire data in Korea of34primary school Chinese teachers from school, teacher, textbook, student, education system, and other aspects of the primary student teaching of Chinese language and culture. Based the data, we sort out seven problems about Chinese culture teaching in primary school:teaching emphasis is different, culture teaching has been ignored; Chinese classes lack of language and culture coexist quality teaching materials; primary school teaching of Chinese language and culture and lack of standardized curriculum; the lack of specific cultural teaching resources; Chinese teachers objective language level is low to increase the cultural teaching difficulty; primary school age span, for the teaching of culture and different requirements; schools are not pay a high degree of attention to Chinese language teaching. Through the analysis of the above problems, combined with the author’s teaching experience and questionnaire feedback information, summarizes six ways of problem solving:strengthening the combination of culture teaching and language teaching; to establish primary standard concept, create high-quality materials; making the primary school syllabus standard; improving the comprehensive quality of primary school Chinese teachers; perfect teaching resources; strengthen cultural teaching activities. Hope to provide some basic information and theory basis for the Korean to improve primary school teaching of Chinese language and culture, to promote the accelerated development of Chinese and Chinese culture in the Korean students.
