Nowadays, the idea of the relationship between teachers and students, whichstudents are the subjective role and physical education teachers are leading role in thephysical education teaching has become the undisputed mainstream consciousness andreform standard in the physical education teaching. But it also has appeared “sheepherding style teaching”濯"dap type teaching" and "happy teaching" which is blindlytosatisfid students’ taste and so on. These abnormal teaching phenomenon occuredfrequently in the physical education teaching and disturbed the normal teaching ofrelationship between teachers and students. The relationship between teachers andstudents in “the theory of subject and leading” has been distorted. It makes some of thephysical education teachers in disoriented confusion. So, this topic chooses thedialectical relationship between teachers’ leading role and students’ subjective role in theteaching of physical education as the object of study and through the method ofliterature, historical research method, interview method and observation method and soon, let teachers and students understand their status and interactions in teaching, therelationship between teachers and students can be the dialectical and effective. Inphysical education teaching, teachers only fully understand the roles of the dialecticalrelations between teachers and students, it can effectively promote the sports teachingscientific. This is the purpose and significance of choosing this topic research.The research results:the conditions of physical education teachers playing leading roles: It’s able tofully understand the teachers’ teading position in the teaching, be familiar with theconcept of physical education, understand correctly and carry out the guiding ideologyof physical education; It’s able to master the sport textbooks, select the appropriateteaching content, carry on the reasonable processing on physical education textbooks; It’s able to choose teaching methods and means of scientific and rational; It’s able tocreate a teaching situation which can conducive to students’ learning; It’s able tocultivate students’ learning ability, pay attention to the learning methods of students; It’sable to fully understand the student, pay attention to individual differences of students,different students with different methods; It’s able to make the evaluation on physicaleducation learning.2the conditions of students playing the subjective roles in the sports learning:having a right learning motivation, to be the masters of learning; having a hard-workingunremittingly, willpower and interest in sports; having a good ability of self-control andself-regulation in learning; having a good ability of self-Evaluation.3The "abnormal" phenomenon in the teaching of physical education teachers’leading roles and students’ subjective roles: the students’ subjective roles is unlimitedexpansed; teachers’ leading roles and students’ subjective roles are floating on thesurface; teachers completely lost leading roles and students control the all.4The dialectical relations of physical education teachers’ leading roles andstudents’ subjective roles in teaching: P.E teachers’ leading roles and students’ subjectiveroles are the complementary relationship; P.E teacher’s leading roles and students’subjective roles are the strengthening and optimizational relationship between eachother; P.E teachers’ leading roles and students’ subjective roles are the dialecticalrelationship of conversion.5The countermeasures of teachers playing the leading roles: to improveideological and professional dedication; to constantly improve the service quality; toimprove the teaching ability. The countermeasures of students playing the subjectiveroles: to change their students’ concept, train their subject consciousness; to payattention to individual differences of students, to stimulate their interest in sports; tocultivate students’ good learning methods; to cultivate students’ creative ability incertain; to improve assessment methods, increase the students’ confidence.
