A new reform of basic educational courses has begun since autumn 2001 in China, and in this year the standard of Physical Education Courses was issued and implemented. The traditional model of"stuffing ---receiving"is challenged. The students'subjective status is stressed. People pay more attention to the model of"Self---actualizing, Exploration, Cooperation". However, Indulgence and Skimming replaced the teachers'leading roles. Indulgence was mistaken as students'subjective, and the teacher'leading roles were weakened. How to understand that the teachers'leading roles is in teaching and the students'subjective status is in learning. What connections they have? Whether will the teaching hinder the establishment of students'subjective status. That's an urgent problem for our P.E workers to solve. The Author thinks the teachers teaching and the students leaning are not contradictory and they can supplement each other by studying some materials and documents, and put forward to the hypothesis of extending of teachers'leading roles is the guarantee to realize the subjective status of students. The essay applied the students of NO.1 middle school and NO.14 ones and NO.36 ones as its object of study, and distributed 1200 papers and collected 1002 reply ones. That of them 541 are form some good teachers, 461 are from common teachers. The key point is the students reflections form these teachers'teaching activities and proved the teachers'leading roles effect towards the students'subjective status, and concluded the effect of students'learning and its strength. As for the students'papers, some teaching quota (linguistic and nonlinguistic) ,the quota of students'reflection and effect of students'learning.
