Since the beginning of the20th century,the development of China’s vocationaleducation becomes rapidly, especially secondary vocational education to achieve arapid expansion of the scale. However,due to restrictions and students’ quality ofeducation resources,the quality of secondary vocational education was graduallydeclining,caused widespread concern in the community. The past10years,foreigncountries adopted a new educational quality evaluation method,namely satisfactionsurvey method to measure the quality of student participation level vocational schoolsand the whole vocational education. This method made up the government,schools,or as the main agency to evaluate the quality of vocational education deficiencies,gotresults for the government to strengthen vocational education and management,enhanced social awareness played an important role.In this study,empirical research on the quality of vocational education services toconduct research,to vocational school students and graduates for the survey,conducted through a questionnaire to measure student satisfaction on the quality ofvocational education services. Were compared and analyzed the situation from thesatisfaction of teaching materials and teaching,teachers,practical training,the ethosof school discipline,student capacity building,infrastructure,student employmentservices and overall satisfaction with other aspects of the students come to thesatisfaction degree of mean respectively:3.544,3.376,3.254,3.256,3.210,3.152,3.210and3.261,graduates of the mean satisfaction were:2.110,2.267,2.418,2.326,2.346,2.444,2.373and2.430. For the study found that students in vocationalschools,although the quality of basic education services to achieve satisfaction,butoverall satisfaction is not high,the quality of graduates of vocational schools foreducational services reached dissatisfied,satisfied there is a big gap from the basic,vocational school education QOS still large room for improvement,the quality ofvocational education services cognitive gender differences do not exist,wheredifferent grade students in vocational education for cognitive quality of service vary.Based on the above findings,this study to improve the quality of educationservices in vocational schools made of the following five recommendations:Firstly,to enhance awareness of the quality of education,the second is to improve the educational conditions of service and the third is to improve the level of educationalservices,fourth is to strengthen the quality of education assessment,Fifth legislationto protect the interests of students.
