Secondary vocational education is an important part of secondary education in China.It is an important mission of the times to cultivate and transport a large number of primary and secondary skilled workers.As a kind of education type parallel to general secondary education,secondary vocational education is influenced by various coinplex reasons,and there is a big gap between its social recognition and its status.This situation not only seriously affects the popularization of post compulsory education in China,but also restricts the training and supply of primary and middle-level workers for national construction.In the key period of improvinggthe quality and efficiency of vocational education,it is of great significance to understand and grasp the teaching satisfaction of secondary vocational school students in China and analyze the problems existing in their teaching development so as to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational education.In this study,Xi'an x secondary vocational and technical school is selected as a case study.Through questionnaire survey,the current situation of students' teaching satisfaction is investigated to explore and analyze the teaching quality of the school.Combined with the theory of social stratification and customer satisfaction,this paper studies and draws up the survey on the satisfaction of secondary vocational school students with teaching quality,and investigates the satisfaction of secondary vocational school students with curriculum construction,practical teaching,teachers' teaching level and the overall teaching conditions of the school.The results show that:(1)the students' o verall satisfaction with school teaching is higher,but the students'satisfaction with practical teaching and teachers' level is significantly lower than the overall satisfaction.(2)On the average score of all dimensions,the average score of the overall teaching conditions of the school is the highest,and the average score of the practical teaching is the lowest.(3)from the basic situation of the individual,gender,grade,major,education level of parents and socio-economic level have significant differences on the satisfaction of students,and the satis faction of girls is higher than that of boys and first grade students The students majoring in electricity technology are more satisfied with teaching.The students who are in the upper class of social economy are similar to their parents' types of education.The students' satisfaction is relatively high.There is no significant difference in the students' teaching satisfaction between the source of students and their family income.On the basis of understanding and grasping the status quo of teaching satisfaction of students in secondary vocational colleges,the study proposes feasibility suggestions from the following aspects:First,the effective implementation of systematic vocational curriculum construction,formulating specific and reasonable curriculum construction and rich and diverse courses Content;Second,practically improve the quality of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools,strengthen the emphasis on practical teaching by all staff,improve the construction of practical training bases inside and outside the school,and build a comprehensive evaluation system for practical teaching;Effectively improve teachers 'professional qualities and their teaching levels,and improve teachers' incentive and guarantee mechanism to promote a good atmosphere for the development of vocational teachers.
