It concludes that their employment is far from satisfactory. The fourth part explores various factors impacting the employment standard of graduates. They are incomplete government security system, the employer’s inconsiderate management, unsystematic teaching quality and employment guidance at school and insufficient employability of graduates themselves. All these factors affect the employment quality of graduates in one way or another. The fifth part proposes such effective measures to improve the employment quality of graduates as government’s vigorous protection policies, society’s full support, implementation of career guidance at school and improvement of the employability of the graduates themselves.
