The implementation of nine year compulsory education is helpful to improve the students' individual quality,along with the development of the compulsory education in rural junior middle school in the ethnic areas in Hebei province has achived great development.However,in many remote rural junior middle school,there is still a drop out phenomenon,it is very serious.The research object of this paper is the rural junior middle school students in Mengcun Hui Autonomous County,Hebei Province,to investigate the reasons of the dropout of rural junior middle school students in the area.This study adopts the methods of literature research,through inspection,sorting,analysis of the existing literature,some experts and scholars to sort out the research ideas of the dropout problem,and using the research questionnaire,in-depth interview and case study method,to several schools in rural junior middle school in Mengcun Hui Autonomous County of Hebei Province,college students school students parents,teachers and school administrators and their dropout of the investigation,found that the reasons for the ethnic areas in Hebei province rural junior high school students drop out of school phenomenon.Through the study found that the reasons of rural junior high school students in minority areas of Hebei province mainly include four aspects,namely,family reasons,school reasons,The personal reasons of students and social reasons.Through the author's investigation,we found that the family income is low and the education of the parents is not enough.In school,the school based curriculum for Hui minority students is relatively small,and there are some differences between the students of Han nationality and the Hui nationality.In addition,junior high school students are in adolescence,on the one hand,it is very easy to be affected by the external environment;on the other hand,these students are tired of school life.The social aspect,one is the employment outlook affects people's view of talent;the two is the change of the social Environment to form a large number of left-behind children,because their parents are Not around,the old man of these students is lack of discipline,these students are prone to emotional weariness and so on,these will cause of dropout students.The author analyzed the above aspects grasp the reasons,put forward some improvement countermeasures: the implementation of family education on children's security,such as improving the education of their children's attention,concerned about their children's learning and living;perfecting the teaching system of school education,such as the combination of local actual development,improve the level of teaching,teachers for students to carry on mental health counseling.
