Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of Teacher Education Talents Training Mode In Colleges And Universities

With the gradual advancement of the popularization of higher education,the formation of open teacher education system and the continuous advancement of basic education reform,the current demand for teachers has changed from traditional demand demand to quality demand.Coupled with the reform of teacher qualification examination,normal students also need to participate in the "National Examination" in order to obtain teacher qualification certificate,which undoubtedly brought great challenges to colleges and universities,making the development of university education in China's colleges and universities in a difficult bottleneck stage.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect on the current situation of teacher education personnel training mode,and then explore the scientific and effective training of normal school students.This paper mainly adopts literature method,case analysis method and interview method.First of all,the relevant theoretical basis of the research on the training mode of teacher education in colleges and universities is sorted out.Through the analysis of the training program of teachers' education related in Bohai University,this paper analyzes the current situation of the training goal of personnel education,the personnel training system,the talent cultivation process and the personnel training evaluation.Found in the training process there have been some problems,mainly the lack of hierarchical training objectives,curriculum design to ignore the professional horizontal,lack of teaching practice full of experience.On the basis of this,the author further analyzes the reasons of the problems in the training mode of teacher education in colleges and universities,that is,the imperfection of the existing teacher qualification system at the national level,the unbalanced development of teacher education,the pursuit of the comprehensive university at the school level,the lack of teacher education Practice of the field,the student level "only results" utilitarian value orientation,lack of planning for professional learning.Finally,the author puts forward the strategy of perfecting the training mode of teacher education in colleges and universities,that is,highlighting the goal of "teacher professionalism",the curriculum of diversion and module,the reform of informationization and diversification,the whole practice reform,The evaluation of reform.Through the research on the status quo and the optimization strategy of the teacher education talents in colleges and universities,it is not only beneficial to the improvement of the passing rate of the normal students,but also the improvement of the quality of the training of teachers' education.
