| Higher vocational education is an important part of China's education field.It regards the applied teacher as its important support strength.Higher vocational education has entered a new era of artificial intelligence,which means that applied talents are more and more valued by enterprises.Application-oriented teachers in higher vocational colleges are the key factor of talent cultivation transformation.Only by strengthening the training of application-oriented teachers can vocational colleges and universities meet the demand for talents in the future.However,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the training of application-oriented teachers in vocational colleges.In recent years,in the field of theory and practice,higher vocational colleges have seen the reform of talent training mode featuring "school-enterprise cooperation,integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities".The purpose of talent training mode reform is to improve teaching quality.Therefore,under the background of the talent training mode reform featuring "school-enterprise cooperation,integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities",application-oriented teacher training in higher vocational colleges has been placed at an unprecedented level.Taking Heyuan Polytechnic as an example,this study investigated and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of application-oriented teacher training in Heyuan Polytechnic through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Through the investigation and analysis of the basic background information,training mode information,interview information and the quality construction of teachers'team,the author finds that there are 13 problems in the four stages of training demand analysis,training project design,training project implementation and training effect evaluation.Firstly,in the training needs analysis stage,there are problems such as lack of learning motivation,backward training concept.Secondly,in the training project design stage,there are problems such as unclear training objectives,emphasis on utility over long-term effect,unreasonable training content,lack of knowledge of laws and regulations and political theories,inflexible and single training methods,too many lectures and classroom teaching but few online education.Thirdly,in the implementation stage of training programs,there are problems such as unequal training opportunities,few training opportunities,emphasis on theory over practice.Fourthly,in the training effect evaluation stage,there are problems such as lack of training effect evaluation link and poor training effect evaluation.Based on the investigation of the current situation,existing problems and causes of application-oriented teacher training in Heyuan Polytechnic,this study proposes the optimization strategy of application-oriented teacher training mode.Firstly,conduct training needs analysis to determine whether training is needed,what training is needed and who needs training.Secondly,carry out training project design,define clear and specific training objectives,reasonably set training contents and select training methods.Thirdly,we should strictly control the implementation of training programs,optimize training methods,establish incentive mechanisms,improve training systems,increase funding,strengthen training base construction,build characteristic campus culture through school-enterprise cooperation,and through college training,school-enterprise cooperation,production-teaching integration to expand training channels and production-teaching integration.Fourthly,improve the training effect evaluation system,set up a special agency to evaluate the competent departments of application-oriented teacher training,and evaluate the application-oriented teacher training institutions;and evaluate the trained teacher. |
