As the important and immutable constituent of school education, the campus culture is a kind of material, spirit and system which school creates and accumulates in a long time.and it is a effective carrier that raises students’ many qualities.Furthermore, it is a key aspect that affects the school’s running level and the education quality, and it plays an important role in impelling the development of university and achieving the goal.of raising the talented persons.In recent years, for realizing higher education popularity strategic target and adapting to the expanded scale of the recruitment of students, many universities separately open the new school area outside the original department. The opening of new school area has provided the recent development space for the development of higher education, made up the education resources insufficiency effectively, and improved the school condition greatly. However, the new school area construction exposes many questions, especially the campus culture question. For example, the imperfect school facilities, the less advanced investment, the light humanities, the lack of university spirit, the inadequate service safeguard system, insufficient active democracy atmosphere. The attenuation of campus culture has seriously affected the education function of higher academy and higher education, which arises a series of questions about the crisis of the talented person quality, the school efficiency, the social service and so on. Tightly encompassing some major issues about opening university new school area and reconstructing campus culture, this paper has conducted the systematical research and analysis. through analysing the questions, forecasting the tendency, investigating the plan, and proposing the safeguard, in order to provide the reference suggestion on the campus cultural reconstruction of new school area in our university.The present paper includes six parts:First part: Introduction. This part elaborated the significance of the background and research of selected topic, the correlated research literature, the research technique and the basic concept of the paper.Second part:General theoretical research of the campus cultural reconstruction in University new school area and. This chapter mainly introduced university new school area campus aspects and cultural reconstruction connotation and structure, function and characteristic as well as vital significance, and trend of development.Third part: Present situation analysis of University’s new school area campus cultural reconstruction. Taking Wuhan Science and Technology Institute and Jianghan University as the research objectives, the diagnosis of their university new school areas and campus cultural reconstruction present situations, the existing questions and the derivations, and the contrast analysis of the new and the old school area campus culture has carried on.Fourth part: Planning investigation of University new school area campus cultural reconstruction. This chapter elaborated the new ways about developing university new school area and campus cultural reconstruction: obtaining new school area campus material culture from the appearance of a school, constructing the new school area campus culture taking the university spirit as the soul, taking the cultural management and democracy to remold the campus system management culture of new school area as the objective, taking the networking to build the new school area campus informative culture. And we have discussed the basic principle and the implementation thinking which should be followed about the university new school area and campus cultural reconstruction.Fifth part: Mechanism system research of university new school area campus cultural reconstruction.
