Nearly30years, for-profit tourism scenic spots have being grown rapidly, the scale continues to expand, and have realized the transition from natural resources to tourism resources. At present the tourist scenic spot has become the main industry of the tourism industry. It creates a lot of profit and revenue, provides many employment opportunities, attracts investment and promotes the development of local and broad prospect.In the development of tourism scenic spots in the process of operation, the scenic spots relate many stakeholders, these stakeholders have raised different and even conflicting interests and needs. With the development of tourism of the scenic spots, the profit-making business activities increasingly rise, making the scenic spot potential commercial value increasingly prominent. But the diversity of stakeholders issues are becoming increasingly prominent, the hidden interests and conflicts between also gradually emerges, these conflicts essence is the interests of conflict between stakeholders and distribution of interests. If travel scenic spot can’t handle stakeholder conflicts and profits allocation properly, the performance of the scenic spot and the healthy and steady development bring serious negative will be negatively affected.Through the use of stakeholder theory in the operation of for-profit tourist attractions, this paper analyzes the stakeholders’relationship between conflict and the interests and needs. And we take ShiYan lake scenic spot for the object, scientifically classify and determine the stakeholders’ specific interests and demands, and try to explore the scenic interest distribution.
