A Study On The Stakeholders And Coordination Approaches In Regional Tourism Cooperation

Regional tourism cooperation is a prerequisite for the continuous development of regional tourism cooperation,according to Chinese "the Belt and Road" relevant policies,only Northern Hainan tourism regional economic in the harmonious development,Northern Hainan tourism circle can more smoothly promote the "international tourism island",and the regional tourism cooperation will lead to the situation with the Northern Hainan region closely linked to stakeholders,they jointly affect the Northern Hainan tourism circle tourism development and developing direction.Therefore,this article tries to discuss the interests of the main stakeholders in the tourism area of Northern Hainan from the perspective of stakeholders,hoping to propose suitable mechanisms to achieve the interests of Northern Hainan tourism circle,and promoting further development of regional tourism cooperation Northern Hainan.This article first defines the relevant concepts of regional tourism cooperation stakeholders,analyzes the current situation and development conditions of the regional tourism cooperation in the tourism circle of Northern Hainan,and analyzes the general situation of regional tourism cooperation,and grasps the regional tourism cooperation from the historical and practical perspectives.Secondly,the article analyzes the interests and interests of the main demands of the tourism cooperation in North of Hainan region,and selects the local governments,tourism enterprises and related non-government organizations and related media organizations as a typical research object.This article analyzes the importance and difference of the interest demands and realization degree of each stakeholder,constructs the index system by using the IPA analysis method to realize the interest degree of the stakeholders and the realization degree of the interest demands,And finally come to the main interests of the main stakeholders in the tourism cooperation between North of Hainan region,to provide a realistic basis for the application of the interests of North tourism circle,analyse the interests of different stakeholders in North of Hainan regional tourism cooperation to achieve the degree and interests of the coordination to focus on the direction of improvement.Last this article defines the niche of the main stakeholders of Northern Hainan regional tourism cooperation,and uses the data to analyze the interests of different stakeholders to achieve the balance of state,puts forward effective measures for effective coordination.The results show that local government and tourism enterprises are key stakeholders,relevant non-governmental organizations and media institutions are non-key stakeholders in the stakeholder cooperation in northern Hainan regional tourism cooperation.These stakeholders interests appeal and implementation degree has a complicated relationship,so the cooperation extend to the stakeholder analysis is put forward on the coordination of the proposed interest conflicts with certain research value.
