Research On Innovation Model Of GUODIAN Technology&Environment Group Enterprise Culture

Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the information and internet lead the market economy to present the trend of globalization, and there is severe competition among the enterprises day by day. How to improve the cultural literacy and management proficiency of the enterprise managers and staff and how to improve enterprise culture play a significant role in making the enterprise remain invincible in such severe market competition.On the basis of the extensive research and theoretical analysis, this paper makes deep investigation and modeling analysis towards the enterprise culture of Guodian Technology&Environment Group and puts forward the improvement direction and design model of the enterprise culture development mainly by adopting the knowledge of organizational behavior and management, and taking this company as the research object.First of all, this paper presents the research background, purpose and theoretical basis, and introduces the theoretical basis related to the enterprise culture:the connotation and function of the enterprise culture, the reasons and significance of the state-owned enterprise culture.
