Study On The Coordination Operation Of Urban Low-Carbon Economic Development And Intensive Land-use

China is now facing not only to speed up the pace of urbanization and having to dealwith how to deal with the dual pressures of the global climate change, how to coordinate theprocess of urbanization and intensive use of land, low-carbon economic development isincreasingly becoming a bottleneck affecting China sound and rapid development. Ourcountry should use the scientific method to deal with this problem from the specific status atthe present stage, integrate low-carbon economic development and intensive use of land in thenew urbanization and new industrialization process, so as to achieve the construction ofenvironmentally friendly, resource-saving and low-carbon eco-economy highly developedmodern civilized society.Based on the above issues. In this paper, on the basis of the consolidated previouslow-carbon economy and land use research results, combined with the current development oflow-carbon economy in Taiyuan, coordinated operation of the city’s low-carbon economicdevelopment and intensive land use system research，has a strong practical significance. Thestructure of the article in the following areas: The first part describes the purpose andsignificance of the background to the study and research, and a brief review of the dynamicsof domestic and international research, as well as the research ideas and technology roadmap.The second part have the low-carbon economic development, land-intensive theory andcoordination theory summary and review. The third part analyzes the factors that affectlow-carbon economic development and intensive land use, and the interaction between thecoupling to analyze the relationship. The fourth part is to build low-carbon economicdevelopment and intensive land use, coordinated operation of the evaluation system. From theindex, select the establishment of the index system, the sample data processing, evaluationmodel to select and measure of the coordinated operation to the establishment of theevaluation framework. And factor analysis model and coordination model provides atheoretical basis for subsequent empirical analysis. But suchcoordination is the primary level coordination, and Taiyuan City in the future have variousconcerned about the running trend of low-carbon economy and land use to make it movetoward a higher level, more comprehensive coordination direction. that is, high-qualitycoordinated operation. Taiyuan City, the dynamic coordination degree rise0.102601in2000to0.479564in2009.Although the annual rate of increase is very small, Taiyuan low-carboneconomic development and land intensive use of dynamic coordination degree is upwardtrend year after year, it show that Taiyuan low-carbon economy development and intensiveland use since2000has been in a coordinated run the degree of sustained upwardtrajectory.the Taiyuan City government’s economic policies and structural adjustment haveplayed a certain effect.The main innovation of this paper are: First, the establishment of a comprehensiveevaluation of urban low-carbon economic development and intensive land use system and thecoordination model. Second, using the method of combining the factor analysis model andcoordination model the Taiyuan low-carbon economic development and land intensive use ofempirical evaluation studies, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of thisstudy is full rather than empty.
