The main purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation system for theeffectiveness of enterprise talents recruitment, and building the evaluation model of theeffectiveness of enterprise talents recruitment with structural equation principle. The mainpropose of this thesis is to provide the basis for enterprise to improve the effectiveness ofrecruitment consciously.Firstly, it introduced the research background, significance, research status at homeand abroad, research contents and methods. Then explained the relevant theory aboutrecruitment effectiveness, competency model and game theory, these laid a theoreticalfoundation for the research to the evaluation of enterprise recruitment effectiveness.Secondly, established two and three rank indicators about the evaluation of theeffectiveness of enterprise talents recruitment. And the two-indicator include six indicators:the effectiveness of recruitment methods, the effectiveness of recruitment results, the inputof recruitment costs, the competency of candidate, the adaptability of candidate and thetruth of information. Three-indicator as the basis for the questionnaire. According toelaborate the content and relationships of these indicators, mated on the assumptions aboutevaluation of the effectiveness of enterprise talents recruitment.Thirdly, constructed the structural equation model to evaluation of the effectivenessof enterprise talents recruitment. fitting and updating the model after importing data. Wecan see from the results that the impact of efforts to improve the effectiveness ofenterprise talents recruitment in order was the input of recruitment costs, the competencyof candidate, the adaptability of candidate,the effectiveness of recruitment results,theeffectiveness of recruitment methods and the truth of informationFinally, through using the fiscal2011/12recruitment progress table of Digital ChinaCompany as our data base,and make some interviews.Summed the number and reasons ofdeparture, then we give some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of enterprise talentsrecruitment in order was optimizing the methods of recruitment,improving the capacity ofstaff and creating a good working environment.
