Recruitment as the first part of the introduction of talents,at the same time as an important means for the replacement and reorganization of human resources and the key to achieve organizational goals, Recruitment has a very profound impact on the long-term development of enterprises. But not every company can recruit the right people in the recruitment process, Even if done, there is the possibility of brain drain, all of these factors restrict the long-term development of the organization. Therefore, not every time the recruitment of enterprises is an effective recruitment, especially for some of the human resources department is not mature enterprise. So, it is very important to study the effectiveness of recruitment.In this paper, the main research content is the effectiveness of recruitment, DS company is a case study. The author constructed a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation system for the effectiveness of the recruitment of DS company which combines with the actual situation of DS company and the theoretical knowledge of the effectiveness of recruitment. In this paper, the author analyzes the existing evaluation methods of recruitment effectiveness to technical staff of DS company, and summarizes the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing methods. At the same time, the evaluation indexes of evaluation system were constructed by using the method of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert evaluation, and the weight of index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of DS company's technical staff recruitment. At last, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of DS company's technical staff recr uitment, At the same time, based on the evaluation results and the actual situation of DS company, the relevant evaluation opinions were given.
