Incentive management is the enterprise to achieve the "inefficient management, highefficiency on the premise of incentive", is an important part of employee management.This paper is correct, comprehensive, system analysis based on enterprise incentivemanagement status, based on the incentive salary system design, promotion incentivescheme design, training incentive scheme design three aspects to construct the can achieve"differentiated motivation" incentive management scheme, and put forward to improve theincentive management scheme of the implementation of the basic work and securitymeasures. According to the characteristics of the subject, using the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis methods, and the incentive managementscheme used in heavy Yate enterprise incentive management research.First of all, this paper mainly discusses the theory of incentive management involves,from the external incentive theory,Include strengthening the motivation theory, motivation theory, two-factor theory ofmotivation; intrinsic incentive motivation theory, including the theory of hierarchy ofneeds, ERG incentive theory, achievement motivation theory, expectation theory;self-regulation of motivation theory, including Adams’s justice theory, attribution theory,self-efficacy theory three aspects, has carried on the simple summary to many incentivetheory.Secondly, this paper simply introduces the basic situation of enterprises, is designedand the questionnaire, through statistical analysis of survey results, points out the currententerprise management philosophy, art in different incentive schemes, salary incentive,promotion incentive, training incentive, there are several aspects of the problem, and itscause of formation of the thorough analysis.Thirdly, in the light of the main problems existing in the current art enterprisemanagement incentives, the redesign of the incentive scheme, the incentive salary system,promotion incentive scheme, training incentive scheme and the design and theconsummation, establishes incentive management scheme and new business.Finally, the paper discussed how to reinforce the foundation work, includingexcellent shape the modern enterprise culture, accelerate the reform of human resourcemanagement, enterprises to establish a scientific performance appraisal system; how to do security work, including the construction of "inefficient management, high performanceby the incentive" management concept and guide employees self occupation careerplanning as the starting point, guarantee measures were put forward to ensure the effectiveimplementation of management incentive scheme.
