Study On The Evolution Characteristics Of Sme Cluster Network Structure In Hebei Province

Under the impact of the global economic tide, enterprise cluster has become a necessaryform to dominate the world economy. The enterprise clusters in Hebei province have also madesignificant progress. But as a special type of network organization, enterprise clusters do not playgood integration capabilities of its network. In view of this, this dissertation from the perspectiveof networking and cluster development, researches on what factors lead to evolution of thenetwork structure of SME cluster in Hebei province and what kind of characteristics can be showat each stage of the process.First of all, this dissertation reviews on previous related research and summarizes researchsignificance and direction. All of these provide a theoretical basis for subsequent researchhypotheses and research methods.Secondly, this dissertation puts forward21research hypothesis according to thedevelopment characteristics of SME cluster network structure in Hebei province.The governmentability, market demand, knowledge spillover, collective learning, influences of the leadingenterprises, technical complexity and enterprise heterogeneity can be factors affecting theevolution of SME cluster network structure in Hebei province. And then, take three stages ofdevelopment of man-made board enterprise cluster network structure in Wen’an for instance, theauthor uses SPSS18.0to make factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis，and verify the research hypothesis.Thirdly, the three stages of man-made board enterprise cluster network structure in Wen’anare depicted and the characteristics of each stage are analyzed. In birth period, the scale ofclusters network is small, horizontal network relationship occupies a major position of networkrelationships, and network is slicing. In growth period, industry chain extens a lot, socialrelations among firms in cluster changes to be based on the social relations of production fromgenetic and geographical relationship, and the network presents the characteristics of scale-freenetworks. In mature period, the network scale expandes, cluster has cooperation on universitiesand research institutes, enterprises inside the cluster also links to the body outside the cluster, theheterogeneity is more apparent, the division of work among enterprises becomes morepronounced, network centrality of non-core business improves, and the network graduallydevelops into a multi-core cluster network even with no core.Finally, a summary of the entire study is completed. On this basis, this dissertation pointsout the inadequacies and research directions of possible future.
