Research On The Innovation Incentive Mechanism Of The A Research Institute Of China Aerospace Science And Industry

Incentive mechanism is an effective way for the enterprises to improve thestaff working enthusiasm, to increase employee satisfaction, to improve scienceand technology staff technical innovation capability. In recent years, along withthe development of the market, the need of high quality staff rises constantly.Employee turnover rate is increasing. The enterprise needs investment to train agood employee. Employees who leave their jobs or are burnout in the work willbring economic losses to the enterprises. So enterprises are popular in theconstruction of the employee incentive mechanism in recent years. But for a longtime, researches on incentive mechanism focus on the private sectors and highand new technology enterprises. The incentive mechanism of national defensemilitary enterprises is lack of enough attention and researches. Particularly in theenvironment of the construction of technology innovation system, it urgentlyneeds to focus on military enterprise innovative features of incentive mechanismof construction and countermeasures under the new situation.This article takes the A research institute of the aerospace science andindustry group as the research object, to study the incentive mechanism ofinnovation of science and technology through the combination of literaturetheory research and survey empirical research. The article illustrates thebackground and meaning of the study, meanwhile, expounds the research outlookof the domestic and overseas studies and the basic structure of the paper andrelated theories of incentive mechanism. Secondly, it analyzes the currentsituation of external environment and industry status in detail and gets problemsand defects of the incentive mechanism of the military enterprise technologyinnovation. Then through means of the questionnaire survey, field visit to A courtand so on, it analyzes theinnovation incentive mechanism of A court, and clears the place of thepolicy environment, and there are some problems. Finally, this paper givescompany solutions to the present problems of incentive mechanism, the goal andprinciple of building incentive mechanism. It also gives the security measures in the implementation of the innovation incentives.
