Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Scientific Research Personnel In Military Research Institutes

Military institute belongs to the national special base, it is a kind of special departments, it plays the important role of defending national and people’s lives and property and personal safety. At the same time, it also has safeguard social order to build a peaceful society, maintaining the important mission of modern socialist construction. As the national science and technology weapons research and development department, it represents the level of China’s scientific and technological level of fighting capacity. However, so far, relative research results in our country is still scarce, and most of the material began in the early. In the present, the old material is alreadyout-of-date,some of which exists false information and distortion. Therefore, to reconstruct a good research work, and put forward a practical reform program, has a certain reference value for the reform of science and technology and the development of technology in China.In view of the above background, the author mainly study on A Institute, which is a well-known military institute of China, and focus on its scientific research personnel. The paper first studyaspects of A Institute in deep investigation,such as the present research organization, internal structure, scientific and technological achievements, operation mode, etc. Then,itfocuses on the incentive mechanism for the scientific research personnel. According to in-depth investigation of A Institute’s current advantage, competitive space and the shortage, decomposition and analysis is put forward in this paper. For some deficiencies, the paper gives practical improved optimization scheme. Through this topic research, it is hoped to be able to let more people understand the meaning of military industry research base, to understand the special industry operation, staffing, daily work form, and to contribute to the Military-industrial complex of our country.
