The Study On Path Of Open Technological Innovation Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Based On Evolutionary Theory

The trend of globalization lifts the boom of open technological innovation among large enterprises in the world, which attracts the attention of management practice and theory research areas. As the backbone of China’s economic development, how to improve the technological content of products and achieve industrial upgrading are the key points for small and midium-sized enterprises; at the same time,poor technological capability and lack of innovation resources hiders the process of technological innovation for SMEs seriously. The research on the path of open technological innovation of SMEs is of great importance for the management practices and theory research areas.This paper first defined the concept of small and midium-sized enterprises, then analyzed the characteristics of the technological innovation of SMEs, the motivation, the characteristics of differentiation as well as internal and external influencing factors,last analyzed the initial, growth and maturity stage of SMEs’path of open technological innovation. Benifits of open innovation coefficient,cost coefficient and net profit of closed innovation coefficient are the key factors influncing at the initial stage;absorption of knowlege of low potential institutions, knowlege spillovers of high potential institutions,and benifits and costs of open innovation coefficient of two aspects are the key factors influncing at the growth stage;complementary coefficient,technical knowlege reservs and the costs of open innovation are the key factors influncing at the maturity stage, on the basis of that,establish the SMEs’open innovation network model.At the end of this paper, make case study of CHINT Group,which on one hand,verified the model conclusions,on the other hand give suggestions to help SMEs’open technolgical innovation process.
