At present, flour processing industry in our country is in a critical transformationperiod, large numbers of flourmills moved to major wheat producing areas (such asHenan province and Hebei province).In recent years, some large scale and upscaleflour processing enterprises built up and put into operation quickly in North China,and began to create satisfying social benefits and economic benefits. In Tianjin cityand the surrounding areas, there are lots of small scale flourmills whose products’quality is not stable, while large scale flour processing enterprises are rare. It is ofgreat significance for Yihai Kerry (Tianjin) Foodstuffs Industries Company Limitedto take the opportunity to build up the800t/d flour processing project, in order toexpand the scale of production.This paper makes the detail planning of the800t/d flour processing project froma perspective of project management, the main content, implementation progress,production technology scheme, construction scheme and organization and financialsupport of this project are discussed in detail. Then the project is evaluated fromaspects of environmental impact, energy saving, fire control, labor safety and health,and financial evaluation.The results of the study show that, this project is in line with the state industrialpolicy, has a good liquidity and pretends a good economic efficiency, sensitivityanalysis also indicates that the project has certain risk resistance capacity. In general itshould be built up and put into operation as soon as possible to create benefits.
