This article on the incentives importance in the process of real estate saleselaborated proposed residential real estate sales motivational variables and therelationship of sales efficiency variable assumptions, cited Yerks-Donson’s law isreflected in the psychology of motivation level effect relationship famous law of,combined with years of the real estate project sales management experience to developthe efficiency assessment indicators applicable to real estate sales, true or real estateresidential projects experiment lasted a year’s time to collect relevant data, confirmed afteranalysis of real estate sales this special behavior to meet the description of the law, and tocollect individual efficiency analysis of data drawn chart to solve the problems in thesales team, to provide a more effective reference to enhance the efficiency of real estatesales.
