Aiming at the issue that the post80’s lack of effectually Organizational Motivation reflectedby their task performances, this paper frames a theory on Organizational Motivation throughusing qualitative and quantitative methods based on the relative researches, then proposes severalstrategies to inspirit the post80’s for managers.In this paper, the conception of organizational motivation is a sum of visible and invisiblemotivating factors offered by enterprise which are able to inspirit, contain and regulateemployees’ behavior to achieve organizational goals. Through using the empirical researchmethods, such as questionnaire surveys and factor analysis, this paper verifies that theOrganizational Motivation contains5component factors, namely, vocational development, salaryand welfare, characters of leaders, interpersonal relationship and institutional settings.Also, this paper analyses the influences, both psychology and behavior, that PerceivedOrganizational Motivation exert on employees by using Structure Equation Modeling. Resultsshow that, Perceived Organizational Motivation has positive effects on employees’ Overall JobSatisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Engagement, while has negative effects onemployees’ Turn-over Intention. Besides, Overall Job Satisfaction plays a full mediating rolebetween Perceived Organizational Motivation and Turn-over Intention, and OrganizationalCommitment does the same between Perceived Organizational Motivation and Job Engagement.Finally, this paper discesses enlighten of exploration on Organizational Motivation of thepost80’s and its correlative factors to practices. Compares empirical results of this study withTwo Factors Theory, this paper discovers that hygienic factors constitute the most part ofmotivation for the post80’s, namely, a phenomenon of “the transformation of hygienic factorsand the loss of motivating factors”, then analyzes the causes of this phenomenon combiningactual environment and the personality characteristics of the post80’s. Further, this paper figuresout the dimensions and factors of motivation which the post80’s value most, and raises severalpractical suggestions for business managers to inspirit the post80’s effectively.This paper is creatively on establishing Organizational Motivation theory, researching theeffect that Perceived Organizational Motivation exert on employees, discovering and analyzingthe phenomenon of “the transformation of hygienic factors and the loss of motivating factors”.Moreover, this paper supplements motivation theory and gives enlightens to managerial practice.
