With the advent of the era of global economic integration, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Human resource as a first resource has become the key to deciding the Competition. Motivation is the core of human resource management, and for mobilizing people’s work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, one’s potential to promote achievement of objectives, plays an important role; at the same time, be able to enhance the attractiveness of the enterprise, cohesion and vitality, for companies to attract, retain more talents. Incentive has gradually become the focus of corporate attention. In this paper, the research results Herzberg two-factor theory, based on the Beijing E Group employee incentive on the analysis of the survey results, the E Group’s existing incentives to give an objective evaluation of the effectiveness of existing problems and their causes are analyzed, and from the establishment of a demand-driven training mechanism, a clear division of responsibilities aspects of the system, flexible pay and benefits system, a scientific career development aid programs to improve the performance appraisal system, and proposed incentives targeted recommendations for improvement and advance measures; but also choose science incentives for state-owned enterprises, build effective incentive mechanism to improve or upgrade the incentive effect provides a new way of thinking.
