With the rapid development of the informational economy and deepening of the reform, China’s enterprises are facing more intense competition in the market. Forming a core competitiveness of enterprises must rely on the staff’s knowledge. Employee motivation as an important part of human resource management, has become the focus of the modern enterprise management, and also has become the core business proposition relating to sustainable development. How to motivate enthusiasm and creativity of staff to fully tap their potentials is the focus of attention of corporate executives.On the one hand, establishing the appropriate Incentive Pattern of staff can sufficiently stimulate employee’s enthusiasm and initiative, so as to create greater value for the enterprise; On the other hand, it can fully tap their potential, play to their wisdom and talent, and it will be in favor of its own staff career development and realize the value of life. This article aims to explore the issue of private food enterprises incentive and motivation Pattern Construction. Through observation and interviews and other methods to carry out field research, we analyze the company Current Situation of employee motivation, its problems, and further clarify the necessity of constructing the employee incentive patterns; Survey staff incentives by Questionnaire method, focuses on the DL staff incentives by factor analysis with SPSS 17.0, extracted five employee incentives, fully statistic and analysis of different types of employee motivators features; Basing on the employee incentives, build employee motivation pattern, and further analysis the employee motivation point of different types of the staff, than propose safeguards excitation mode implemented.By analyzing we summarized the following conclusions:1. The company existing incentive system is imperfect, incentive pattern is single, one-sided focusing on short-term incentives, long-term incentives and the work itself are ignored and other issues, poor equity, and the employee recognition is not high. Whether it is from the perspective of the impact of competitors, or from corporate strategy development and human resources management perspective, enterprises must build for the enterprise employee Incentive Pattern, fully tap the potential of employees, to create greater value for the enterprise.2. Factor analysis of survey data by SPSS software, We obtained that the DL company employee incentive factors are remuneration factor, tissue recognition factor, environmental factors, encourage growth factor and work motivation factor. Other enterprises in the industry may see them as reference appropriately when they want to motivate staff.3. Incentives of different types of employees are different. In the embodiment of staff motivation process, we should focus on the different needs of employees, do it with different incentives methods and implement more targeted incentive policy. In order to guarantee the incentive effect is maximized.
