Human Capital Investment Research Of Resource-oriented Economical County (District)

Wuqi County is a typicalresource-oriented economical county，in recent years, along with the accelerated processof oil production, the County achieved rapid economic development while strengtheningthe human capital investment, but also has some problems, Mainly displays in: Unequaldistribution of educational resources and lack of incentives for teachers; acute shortage oftrained pepole; the health investment unstable, a poor sense of public investment inhealth care, low levels of investment; weak awareness of human migration and soon.There are corresponding solutions according to the current problems of the human capital investment in Wuqi County.It is that to increase investment in educationstrengthening vocational skills training investment; raising the level of health careinvestments; attaching great importance to migration guidance work. In order to lay asolid foundation for sustainable economic development in Wuqi County, Also providesthe experience for other northern Shaanxi resource-oriented economical county (district)and even the national resource-oriented economical county (district).
