Modern human resources management regards manpower as an item of capital and makes the investment. There are several questions existing in the manpower capital investment of private enterprise, such as accuracy, invalidity in development and the loss. The thesis, based on the theory of hr capital and human resources management theory, has put forward the some measures to settle the questions.At first the current situations of the development and question of the private enterprise have been analyzed in the thesis and propose the research value and meaning of capital investment of manpower. And then, with reviewing the capital theory of manpower systematically, the paper has analyzed the characteristic and way of capital investment of manpower, discuss forming of manpower, point out hr-stock invest and develop the meaning invested.Through buying, enterprise the property right of manpower capital. It needs investment to get enthusiasm and creative of manpower. Thesis believe that it have direct relations between the result of investment and credibility and efficiency of recruitment. Many new test and assessment means were introduced in the paper, such as the behavior describes, ability interview and pressure interview, etc. The ways through wages and welfare to encourage human resource were realized. The thesis proposes that enterprises make the payment investment with inside fairness and external fairness to get fair result and to encourage employees.Thesis points out that private enterprise have a series of questions to make the investment. Develop investment do not become systemic. Meanwhile, limited input for development is ensured because of being scarce and relevant. Using foreign advanced experience for reference, we believe that develop investment should be divided into three levels. Enterprise should adopt the American and Japanese mode separately to invest in the development of the staff at the basic level and adopt the mode of U.S.A. management training to invest in the development of middle level staff. Adopt the mode accord with the Japan and U.S.A. to invest in the development of the tall potentiality successor. The question of the recovery of HR capital investment of the enterprise was put forward and several kinds of feasible tactics of returns on the investment were established.Finally, the thesis takes chemical building material SD Company as the research object, with the area of HR capital getting investment, investment for retaining, precautions against risk. The fruit of the research was applied in the human capital investment of SD Company with positive result.
