The Interactive Mechanism Of Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone And The Third Pole Of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Many scholars believe that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is expected to become China’snew economic uplift belt, Obviously，Beijing and Tianjin are the regional engine for economicdevelopment, but Hebei province must rely on its own rapid development of the economic, toplay their own engine effect, therefore, the Hebei province puts forward Shijiazhuang as thethird pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to foster. Shijiazhuang high-tech zone as the onlynational grade high-tech zone of Hebei Province is the master key to foster the third pole of theBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. How to play a better role in its leading and demonstration hasbeen paid close attention, and has a very important research value.Combined with the use of the comparative analysis, the historical analysis, literaturematerial research and other methods, this thesis takes the qualitative analysis as the fundamentalresearch method, gives the concept of mechanism based massive related literature, and combsregional development theory, synergy theory and so on. On the other hand, this thesiscreatively uses the research design of complex adaptive system theory. It takes agent analysis ofShijiazhuang high-tech zone and the third pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as thebreakthrough point, and have made a deep research on the interaction between each agent, thusgives the parallel interactive model and cross interactive model between the agents of the two.This thesis studies on the interaction between the Shijiazhuang high-tech zone and thethird pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the following is the main research results:①It defines the mechanism in the area of coordinated development of regional economy on thebasis of extensive literature research；②It creatively puts the complex adaptive system theoryon the study of coordinated development of regional economy, and opens a new researchperspective in this area；③Based on the existing research result，it analyses the feature, thefoundation and process of the interaction between the economy of the high-tech zone and theabdominal area， and presents theoretical model of interactive development about theShijiazhuang high-tech zone and the third pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region；④Throughthe analysis of the interaction between the agent of Shijiazhuang high-tech zone and the thirdpole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，it separately studies the establishment of interactivemechanism about Shijiazhuang hi-tech zone and the third pole of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion from the drive mechanism, the cooperation mechanism, the coordination mechanism andthe emergence mechanism.
