With the spread of the global financial crisis, the global economy has fallen into thedoldrums since2010. The US-led global economic recession impacted on the reduction of globalaggregate demand directly. This reduced demand is directly relatedto our domestic manufacturing enterprises of the production chain. the wholedomestic structure led by manufacturing industry began to change, many manufacturingenterprises faced to bankruptcy, nearly half of the companies forced to acceptcollapse, bankruptcy in the year. Another piece of the manufacturing sector concentrated inChina-the Yangtze River Delta is facing unprecedented market deterioration. The promulgationand implementation of the new Labor Contract Law led to the increase of the employment costin short period. Traditional manufacturing industries, especially the basic manufacturing industryis facing unprecedented difficulties, they face a shrinking market, labor costs increase, thestatus of the funding chain. In the past ten years, the life has undergone enormouschanges, but accompanied by changes in people’s lives, we paid attention to a problem gradually,that is the family private enterprise is more and more important in the economy.WD located in Ruian City, Wenzhou. Ruian city is center of automobile andmotorcycle industry with an international automobile and motorcycle parts industrial park,mainly supply auto parts around the world. Economic growth is slow, car sales badly affected,there is a "restriction" policy in Beijing, which has effected on the marketdemand, and WD’s other products, with the domestic policies, which is to give priority to thedevelopment of public transport is booming.WD’s management team, including Cenjia De and their two children a daughter andson-in-law, daughter-in-law, these members are responsible for its own abilities, but theirmanagement experience is little. This makes the company’s management team often feelpowerless in terms of internal management and external response, shipment is delay, finishedparts are missed seriously, overseas sales staff, after-sales staff can not be managed favorably,which resulted in low efficiency and high cost.These issues is on the basis of competence model, always plagued the corporatemanagement team. Management team, a lack of confidence in the competence, accidents handledproperly, and pin the blame on other issues.This article is based on the competency model for the study of the management teamin the WD’s competence level. Measure to assess the status of WD’s management team, findingout their satisfaction level and dissatisfaction level of the team as well as the members. And give some analysis and guidance for the future development direction. At the same time, in thispaper, psychological characteristics and personality of the quantitative methods of the individualare used to get some more objective data, try to open up some new ideas for future research.
