In2012, the whole world after having experienced the financial crisis, the marketcompetition becomes more intense. Along with our country reform, open policy and foreignexchange, the enterprise department cultural differences become one kind of usual practice. Itbecame challenge that how does enterprise dealing with the cultural different within anorganization. The efficiency within the enterprise is highly relying on the interoperability amongdepartments. The degree of trust, communication and cultural acknowledgement are the key to liftup the enterprise profit. Because of that, studying how cultural different among department in oneorganization is important to any kind of efficiency realization in an organization. At present thedomestic and foreign scholars are few to study the enterprise’s different department’s cultural. Forthis reason, this article intend to come up with research and idea on how the cultural differentexisted in an organization and how does it impact the organization efficiency.We will take Vetech technology as the case to conduct our research. Vetech technology is acompany keen on software development. There are six core departments in the company such asexecutive office, marketing, finance, research and development, service delivery and customerservice. Headquarter is in Wuhan while they have branches in Shenzhen and Beijing. The culturaldifferent were mainly presenting in dimension such as communication, value, management andeducation among the organization. Throughout conducting research and questionnaire, weunderstand there were negative impact when due by some of the cultural different amongdepartments. We intend to suggest solution to resolve the negative impact and as a result, we canimprove organization profitability and increase the efficiency. In the proposal solution, companyneed to encourage the communication as the first priority. It is also important that company needto share the value to all department as well as standardize all management approach andmethodology. The culture education should also be strengthening. As such, a clear direction toVetech was drawn and pointing what next shall be study further in order to continuouslyimproving the performance of Vetech.
