Abstract/Summary:
This thesis is research to evaluate and choose HL, amorphous, noncrystallinetechnology innovation project. Delphi method, AHP, fuzzy evaluation method on theanalysis of the characteristics of different technological innovation project evaluationcomprehensive use. In the pioneering period of small and medium-sized enterprises,to stand firm in the increasingly fierce competition in the market, we must payattention to technical innovation, reasonable and effective selection of technologicalinnovation projects, to achieve competitive advantage in the fierce competition in themarket to promote the company to achieve rapid and healthy development..Amorphous, noncrystalline magnetic core material performance mainly rely ontechnological innovation, product performance will have a direct impact on the user’spurchase decision, therefore, amorphous, noncrystalline core technological innovationproject selection is very important for the healthy and rapid development ofenterprises in the future, how to carry out scientific and reasonable evaluation on thetechnological innovation project selection, reduce business investment risk, improveeconomic efficiency, has become an important subject of HL company business. Onthe main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly determine the alternative technology innovation project, conducted by theDelphi expert scoring, scoring evaluation respectively from the project’s prospects,input, output, the degree of urgency, Future Lad’s contribution, determine thealternative project.Secondly aiming at the selection method of the industry technology innovationprojects mainly focus on economic benefit prediction method, considering the surfaceis relatively single, science is not strong, not from the full range of effective scientificevaluation on the technological innovation project, can not achieve the desired effectof investment problem, using analytic hierarchy process, will affect the classifiedevaluation the factors of technological innovation project selection, determined thepolicies are consistent with the big five, technical factors, market factors,technological innovation projects and strategic matching, risk factors. And on thebasis of the15specific indicators, the establishment of technology innovation projectof HL company selected evaluation index system.Threely the fuzzy evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluationmodel of technical innovation project, for each project to obtain relevant data throughthe questionnaire survey, the index weights of each layer was determined, using thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is validated assessment, obtained theevaluation results. Through the above research, analysis, combined with features of the product, HL,industrial structure and other factors, are analyzed and compared, selected alternativetechnology innovation projects, and determine the evaluation and selection ofindicators of the project, based on evaluation model, and carry on the positiveresearch, to determine the final technical innovation project investment order,determine the most suitable for the technical innovation of the company project, theformation of the competitive advantage of enterprises as soon as possible, healthy andrapid implementation of the growth of enterprises.
