In China, people are very concerned about the relationship with others. In many companies and institutions, the employees are be divided into "the insiders" and "the outsiders"."The outsiders" often are in a free state. Lack of a sense of ownership,their enthusiasm for work is not high. And they often complain about the organization.Sometimes they even work to rule. In today’s society,the economy is in a depressed state, the talent is extremely competitive,a lot of people concern more about the mianzi and the remuneration and put their own value and interests on the relatively minor position. In the recruitment,many companies also neglect to examine the match of the inner needs and values between the individual and the organization sometimes.These circumstances exacerbate employees’ state of free.Therefore,through the improvement of the relationship between the staff and organization,including the non attitudinal organizational embeddedness and the attitudinal organizational commitment,to change the existing free state of employees and boost the enthusiasm of the employees is a significant research subject.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is the key source of the enterprise’s core competitive power. In the knowledge management,the man is an important carrier of knowledge.Knowledge sharing is a key means of individual knowledge transforming into organizational knowledge. In the organizational knowledge creation process,the degree of organizational embeddedness has positive effects on the knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Therefore,from the perspective of the relationship between the individual and organization,this study analysis the relationship among the attitudinal organizational commitment,the non attitudinal organizational embeddedness and knowledge sharing.Maybe it can better explain the employee’s knowledge sharing.This research object is the enterprise employees. Based on the related literature and Interview results,the paper try to constructs the model about the relationship of organizational embeddedness,organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. Accordingly research model,this study adopts logic deduction,questionnaire and mathematical statistic method to explore.The conclusions through empirical research are as follows:(1) The three dimensions of organizational embeddedness and knowledge sharing are all remarkably related.(2) The three dimensions of organizational embeddedness and the dimensions of organizational commitment are all remarkably related.(3) The three dimensions of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing are all remarkably related.(4) Organizational commitment plays an intermediary role between organizational embeddedness and knowledge sharing.And organizational fit affects knowledge sharing completely through affective commitment. Based on the conclusions above,this study puts forward some related management proposals,analysis the limits and forecasts future research.
