In the knowledge economy era, there is no enterprise can develop without talents. As the moust important resourse in the21st century, talents were the source of enterprise to keep competitive advantage. However, as an important part of our national economy, SMEs were facing an increasingly serious problem of brain drain. This situation was due to the strong attraction from larage domestic enterprise and international compaine as well as their own shortcomings. The brain drain was not only has negative impact on the SMEs, but also affected the stable development of China’s national economy. Therefore, whether or not deal with the brain drain problem well, would became a key issue related to the success or failure of SMEs.This essy has analysed the causes of China’s SMEs brain drain deeply, and put forward the targeted solutions. All of these were guided by the theories of Management, Managerial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Mangement,etc. and uesd the research methods of literature review method, empirical research method, comparative analysis method and field research method.First of all, this essay has analysed the current situation and the impact of China’s SMEs brain drain. Secondly, it taken company Z for example and collect relevant data in the main form of questionnaire. Then studied Z’s brain drain problem futher more, found its causes and made a whole solution. To solve the brain drain problem, SMEs should firstly built a reasonable salary system and tanlent researcher and using mechanism. What’s more, they also needed to pay attention to training tanlents and improve their satisfaction. In the second place, it demanded company to shape the good enterprise culture, and enhanced the cohesive affinity of the enterprie and the tanlents’ loyalty. In addition, enterprise should carry out responsibility management to reduce the number of brain drain. Finally, enterprise should be established a brain drain crisis manangement mechanism, so that the enterprise can minimize the damage after brain drain happend.Through the analysis of the causes and formulate of the brain drain of company Z, this essay refined a suit of target and helpful measure of China’s SMEs brain drain. It was believed that it has some reference significance to the futherresearch on the same topic.
