In the economic globalization, knowledge economy and the cultural diversity of the twenty-first Century economic era, the enterprise management has entered the era of strategic management, enterprise performance evaluation to finance the traditional can not adapt to the needs of modern enterprise management and competition globalization. Performance evaluation is not only the method of enterprise supervision, control, and is a strategic management tool for enterprise. Based on the balanced scorecard strategic performance evaluation index and emphasize innovation and learning, attention to corporate stakeholders, pay attention to enterprise’s sustainable development ability, pay attention to cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, based on the digestion, absorption of domestic and foreign enterprise performance evaluation on the basis of the literature, the performance evaluation system of Enterprise Strategic Balanced Scorecard Based on analysis and application study.This paper firstly discusses the resources and knowledge based competitive advantage based on customer value and enterprise competition strategy theory, analyzes the strategic management process to construct the strategic evaluation; analysis of the relationship of principal-agent theory, stakeholder theory, economic profit and enterprise performance evaluation, and based on the above research.
