With the continuous advance of the new rural construction, the links between the villages and constantly enhance the continuous improvement of farmers’awareness of democracy, the degree of perfection of rural relations directly affect the stability and development of rural areas.In this study, discussion, fill in the questionnaire, field observation, access to the method of combining historical data and field research on the part of the rural areas in Jiangsu, since the tax reform, rural development, the relationship between the current situation in the township governments and village committees and changes start to investigate the township government functions, and tasks of the village committee, villagers’self-government relationship between cadres and the main body of rural public goods awareness, a comprehensive analysis of the supply of public goods in rural villages, through surveys, current rural relations is divided into three types, and a systematic exposition of rural public goods supply situation in the different types of rural relations, analyze the impact of rural public goods supply in the village.Studies have shown that with the continuous advance of the new rural construction, the rural focus of the relationship between shift:township transformation of government functions not obvious, village committees enhance the attachment of the township government, the villagers’lack of capacity for self-government, rural public goods supply the main lack of awareness.In the future a long period of time, perfect villages in the supply of public goods in rural areas the need for government to continuously push forward the further transformation of government functions, build a service-oriented township government; financial support to increase the supply of public goods in rural areas; actively cultivate all kinds of folkorganizations to promote rural development; change their ideas, to cultivate the sense of the main body of the village cadres and villagers; improve the legal system, sound system, strengthening of rural cooperation and exchange; to establish a government-led and the farmers of the phase combination of rural public goods supply model, and ultimately to establish a government-ledrural villagers in this phase combination the relationship between mode of cooperation in order to achieve the target of the new rural construction.
