Investigation And Assessment System Of Planning And Construction Of Tourism Agricultural Projects In Nanjing

Tourism agricultural project(TAP) is a kind of tourism and leisure project which is in the background of the rural environment,charactered by agricultural landscape,for the content of agricultural and based on farming culture.The object of the thesis specifically means the tourism agricultural park,lacated in NanJing,within the specific construction subject and having a clear scope of land. Nanjing tourism agricultural construction emerged in the1990s. In recent years, with the rural economic restructuring and rapid economic growth, tourism agricultural in Nanjing has been rapid development and the rural economy is gradually becoming a new growth point.However,the increase in the number dosen’t mean the improvement of the quality.Currently the level of planning and construction of TAP in Nanjing is uneven.,with neither the overall grasp of the actual building level,nor the assessment of the planning and construction and improvement mechanism.therefore, to solve the important problemof Naning tourism agricultural development,we should combine theories of tourism agricultural planning and construction,fully integrated with the facts of NanJing.Through field research on TAP,we should master the first hand information of TAP,then evaluate the planning and construction of TAP,from both quantitative and qualitative,create the evaluation system of planning and construction of TAP and put forward its sustainable development strategy.First This paper by applying literature close reading, theoretical summary, comprehensive system remediation and case empirical study methods, after analyzing the emergence and development of tourism agriculture, discriminated the "tourist agriculture"" Tourism agricultural project"," tourism agricultural park" and other related concepts.then it makes definite of the concept,feature and feature of TAP and discusses their produce factors,classification methods and the development of meaning.also explains to analyze domestic and international development and problems of tourism agriculture.Second,on the basis of studying geographical overview of NanJing,agricultural profile and tourism agricultural development situation,the paper objectively analyzes the advantages of the development of TAP in NanJing and the current problems,then assesses and statistics the development of TAP in NanJing from a macro point,try to find the law of its development.Third,according to different kinds of the type,size,spatial distribution and mode of development,the paper chooses15representative Tourism agricultural projects to conduct field research on their level of planning and construction.Using comparative method,the paper analyzes each project’s planning and construction from construction background,park site,park theme and development orientation,park space layout and function zoning,park industry,park infrastructure,park landscape features,park tourism activities planned,park theme of culture,park late operations.Fourth,combining with the research on theory and practice and using analytic hierarchy process,exporter advise method and questionnaire, the paper trys to build evaluation system of TAP in Nanjing.Then,the paper marks the key research15TAP comprehensively and studies the planning and construction level of TAP in Nanjing, from both quantitative and qualitative.Fifth,on the basis of above study,the paper puts forward the optimization mode in planning and construction of TAP in Nanjing.It includes thematic orientation optimization,spatial layout optimization,tourism planning optimization,landscape features optimization and operating model optimization.
