External Research Correction In West Resources Industrial Ecology Negative

Western region of China is rich in energy resources, with the boost of excellent situation of western development, economy in western region develops rapidly, and resource-based industry plays a great role in promoting the development, which occupies an important position and role. But with the further development of the western region, the western resource-based industry development issues have become increasingly prominent. Relying too much on the exploitation of resources, serious waste of resources, destruction of ecological environment, and the western can not afford the high intensity of resource consumption and environmental pollution. Resource constraints and environmental challenges of western region are in a severe situation.With the accelerated pace of the construction of "resource-conserving and environment-friendly" harmonious society, as an important ecological barrier of China, western faces serious negative ecological externality, which is an important content of China’s environmental problems.The ecological environment construction of western region is related to the national sustainable development. Rectifying negative ecological externality of western resource-based industry has become a significant subject.This paper begins with the sustainable development theory, transformation of economic development mode theory and the resource curse theory, combines development and utilization state and economic growth of western recourse-based industry, analyses the status and role of western recourse-based industry in western region development, and expatiates the performance of western recourse-based industry negative ecological externality in detail. With empirical analysis, this paper researches the relation between economic growth and negative ecological externality of western recourse-based industry, economic growth of western resource-based industry has tremendous influence on the ecological environment destruction. The negative externality must be rectified to make the economic and ecological benefits achieve a win-win situation. According to the research emphasis and the contents of the article, the article is divided into five chapters in the structure of the arrangement.Chapter one mainly elaborates background and research significance aiming at the proposed problems, Main research methods and ideas.Chapter two is the theory basis of this paper, elaborates following contents: concepts related to resource-based industry and negative ecological externality as well as theory related to western resource-based industry negative ecological externality. respectively introduces domestic and abroad research situation of recourse-based industry and negative ecological externality theory.Chapter three introduces development and utilization state of Western region resources and economic growth state of western resource-based industry with development state of resource-based industry in western region, and then analyzes status and role of western resource-based industries, summarizes negative ecological externality performance caused by western resource-based industry development.Regression analysis of western resource-based industry economic growth and negative ecological externality is carried out in chapter four. Through causal analysis, the result that western resource-based industry is the cause of negative ecological externality is concluded, that means economic growth accelerated environmental destruction.Some measures to rectify negative ecological externality of western resource-based industry are introduced in chapter five. A series of policy recommendations is proposed to rectify negative ecological externality of western resource-based industry.Chapter six is the summary of the article and prospect.
