A Comparative Study On The Industrial Structure Benefit Of Resource-based Cities In Northwest China

Modern economic growth and development is a process of continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and reasonable industrial structure is to promote economic and social stability and sustainable development.Resource-based cities in the process of development is facing a series of outstanding problems,especially the single industrial structure,which is the most prominent issue to restrict the sustainable development of resource-based cities.Based on the principle of normative analysis and empirical analysis,this paper,taking the resource-based cities in the northwest region as the research object,researches the dynamic changes of the industrial structure efficiency of the resource-based cities in the northwest region,then points out the inner problems of the industrial structure of the resource-based cities in the northwest region and puts forward the policy recommendations to address this issue.Firstly,this paper is based on the review of domestic and foreign scholars on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of resource-based cities,industrial transformation and sustainable development,the purpose and significance of this paper are clarified,and the key points,difficulties and innovations of this paper are pointed out.Then,introducing the theory of industrial structure evolution,industrial structure optimization theory,resource-based city life cycle theory and resource and environment economics theory are systematically sorted.the important research method SSM model used in this paper is introduced and deduced and the status of industrial structure development of resource-based cities in Northwest China.On the basis of defining the resource-based cities,this paper analyzes the resource-based cities in the northwest region,analyzes the output structure of the three industries in the resource-based cities in the northwest region,the situation of the labor force structure and the analysis of the three industries on economic growth The degree of contribution.In the part of empirical analysis,this paper is based on the industrial structure deviation,the change rate of industrial structure and the change coefficient of industrial structure,the industrial structure change of 15 resource-based cities in Northwest China from 2005 to 2014 was measured,and SSM model is used to comprehensively analyze industrial structure efficiency of the 15 resource-based cities in Northwest China,then,comprehensive evaluation industrial benefit of the 15 resource-based cities in Northwest China.Atlast,This paper puts forward policy recommendations from development mechanism of the northwest region resource-based cities,the principle of industrial structure optimization,alternative industry and the development of new industries and industrial restructuring measures of the relevant policies.
