Evaluation On The Technological Innovation Capacity Of National Leading Rnterprise On Agricultural Industrialization In Jiangsu

Nowadays, new agricultural science and technology revolution is overall beginning in all countries.Agricultural enterprise,especially the leading enterprise is an important component of the system of the agricultural science and technology. Strengthen the capacity of the technological innovation, we can promote the whole agriculture science and technology level.we can improve the production capability. Also we can readjust the agricultural economic set-up, enhancing the international competitiveness, ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture.In this paper,we evaluate the technological innovation capacity of national leading enterprise in JiangSu accurately,scientifically and objectively. Then we can find the problems and advantages. So the enterprises can take some measures to solve the problems. Evaluating the technological innovation capacity of national leading enterprise on one hand can improve own capacity, on the other hand provide reference for the other enterprises. Above all, providing the reference for the government to make relevant policy.The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter outlined the research at home and abroad and redefined the concept of agricultural enterprise, the technological innovation capacity. The third chapter analyse the current situation of technological innovation about the national leading enterprises in JiangSu. The fourth chapter points out the elements of the technological innovation capability firstly. Then it explains the sorts of evaluation index system and constructs on evaluation index system. Thirdly it uses the FAHP as the method of evaluation of the national leading enterprises in JiangSu. The paper gets the following conclusions:(1) The technological innovation capacity of national leading enterprise in JiangSu is in the medium level. The capability between enterprises has wide gap.(2) Different industries among agricultural industrialization are different in the technological innovation capacity. The technological innovation capacity of Flower and Wood processing enterprises, Beverage processing enterprises are becoming more and more obvious. Compare with them, Cotton textile and Silk enterprises, Food, Feed and Plant oil enterprises, Aquatic product processing enterprises have some weaknesses.(3) Food, Feed and Plant oil enterprises need to improve the innovation market marketing capacity and the research and development capacity. Except to the innovation market marketing capacity, Fruit and Vegetable processing enterprises have to improve other elements of the technological innovation capability. Livestock and poultry, meat processing enterprises and Aquatic product processing enterprises have to make effort to the market marketing capacity and output capacity. Cotton textile and Silk enterprises,Aquatic product processing enterprises need to improve all the capacity.Flower and Wood processing enterprises have to make effort on market marketing capacity. In the end, this paper gives some suggestions for the agricultural enterprises.
